Customer support is great, easy to communicate. The tabletop does it's job and is a good build. The cons are definitely the tabletop. The pros are the customer support.

Cons
Do yourself a favour and don't do it. Screw holes on desk top had obviously been drilled for another base. Anti-collision system goes bad and starts stopping every few cm.

Packaging/appearance
Our cups of tea and water glasses didn’t move or spilt the drink.
I suggest having a drill as i had to use it to screw the frame to the table since the pre-drilled holes did not line up exactly.

The building instructions when it came to attaching the frame to the table were a little vague at first but you figure it out when you realise you’ll have to drill nails in the table

Even though its nice and tough it came covered in some kind of glue partially scratched
