The desk is electric which rises and lowers easily without jolting the 2 monitors on it. The keyboard tray is perfectly sized for his larger laptop and the upper level comfortably fits his two large screen monitors.

This motorized one is a game changer! The key feature is how smooth the motor for the rising and declining of the desk. The power to raise to lower it is a must. Push a button to raise or lower it to exact height you want.

The item is packaged with two pieces. There was nothing much to assemble other than sliding the laptop desk onto the main big desk. It only takes about 5-10 minutes for the easy setup.

It makes a little noticeable noise when rising, but nothing crazy. The hydraulics are very quiet and it is nice.

Cons

Product wobbled so much even in the completely down position. Company that cannot generate a simple invoice is pathetic. Replier keeps misunderstanding what i need, and promising to 'escalate' the refund process.

This shipped on time, was ready to set up and works like a charm.

The product arrived damage after shipping, which happens occasionally on larger boxes i receive.

The upper desk portion was broken once it was delivered but customer support helped me to get the new product right away.

Competitiveness

I was replacing a much more expensive one that my last company had bought and this is just as nice.

It’s hard not to compare it to the much more expensive high end brand used for three years (supplied by previous employer).

But i had to pass on a good number of other brands that didn't have enough space for an ergo keyboard.
