The mechanical raising and lowering of this desk with the push and hold of an up or down button is great. The power to raise to lower it is a must.

The motor sounds like it is struggling a little, but it lifts everything. The hydraulics are very quiet and it is nice.

Product wobbled so much even in the completely down position. Company that cannot generate a simple invoice is pathetic. Replier keeps misunderstanding what i need, and promising to 'escalate' the refund process.

The product arrived damage after shipping, which happens occasionally on larger boxes i receive.

The upper desk portion was broken once it was delivered but customer support helped me to get the new product right away.

The seller was quick to respond to my message, fixed the issue, and followed up to any questions i had.

Packaging/appearance

Love the way it looks and more that that uou take it out of the box and just plug it in!

The item is packaged with two pieces.

After receiving the product there was an issue as the package was not handled correctly.

Interesting that the add said 36” and the box said 35”.

Competitiveness

I was replacing a much more expensive one that my last company had bought and this is just as nice.

But i had to pass on a good number of other brands that didn't have enough space for an ergo keyboard.

As i'm getting more "age experienced" i had to replace the flexispot that was manual with this version.
