This is a no-nonsense hose protector that functions well and is super easy to use. Easy to install, wide enough area to use wrenches to tighten down fittings.
It works great so far, but i question durability. Getting the tip to grab the inside of the air hose proved a challenge. It's held up great and doesn't leak air.
Cons
I am very disapointed that this is the best repair they can come up with. Extremely bulky, 2-3 times the size of the factory crimp. Replaced it with the non-swivel fitting.

I have the red good year rubber hose which is 3/8" but this fitting won't work with it.

Extend the life of an old hose for a fraction of the cost.

Apart from wishing it was a touch more universal in fit, it was loads cheaper than a new hose.

I checked out options at home depot and lowe’s but this looked the best…and ended up being exactly what i needed.

Best solution for the end of the hose that got worn out and was leaking

If you are going into anything that creates impact get these not the swivel ones

These ones h hold up fine but the swivel style come apart quickly with a impact or air hammer

If the hose gets a hole in it remove the fittings and install them on another length of air hose
