Pros
Free to rattle and move around in the box. Even under 90+ psi, it's extremely flexible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a soft hose, easy to use ratcheting hose for air compressors.
Customer support is pretty responsive. I just had to order a new mounting hardware kit from an outside source for $25. Heavy duty is right!
The flexzilla hose is great and the reel is awesome. It's rare to find a product that lives up to the hype, but this hose/reel does just that.
The leader hose (from the source to the side of the reel) has a 3/8 npt male fitting. The reel pivots to stay in line with whatever direction the hose is pulled out. This is important since the hose must be pulled out straight away from the reel.
Cons
It's ridiculous that they cheaped out on a little $0. A few hundred dollars down the drain. We're a small shop, and laying out over $900 for 3 of these shipped is a lot of money for a product that breaks in a few days.

This is a fantastic assembly they make it very good product.
Works great, nice having flexible hose in all weather.
The leader hose (from the source to the side of the reel) has a 3/8 npt male fitting to connect to your air source.
I first screwed in a piece of 2x4 into the studs and then bolted this to the 2x4.
Price
I got the 100 ft hose reel and it is expensive but well worth it.
Best value i have looked at them all.
60 so almost $50 bucks later i'm almost back to paying for a non-damaged item without the headache.
87 but shipping had gouged me another $23.

Just as i wanted and ordered ,delivered on time.
The unit is shipped in only its factory box.
Just be aware of possible damage in shipping.

Now that i have it, i like that it is enclosed.
Competitiveness
But it's far superior to the 1/4" pvc hose i had been using previously.

I did buy a known damaged box when i purchased but when it arrived the mounting hardware was missing and there was a plastic piece laying in the bottom of the box and it did not come off anywhere from the outside of the assembly
