Definitely not something for an ultra but for flat easy road runs or for mountain halfmarathons that dont require too much gear this would work best

Could possibly be a bit snugger and would be ok so if you are a 35 or maybe 36 it might work fine

Arm bands are too big for me to hold my phone

I used it to run since i don’t have any pockets in my workout clothes and if i did i still wouldn’t like my phone and airpod case and what not jumping around the pocket

Running with a phone bouncing around in a pocket of my shorts is annoying and it could result in the phone falling out

I slip the phone in after removing the case flip the belt so the side with openings is facing me and then unless i think ill need to retrieve it while running swivel the flipbelt around so the phone is nestled in the small of my back
