Pros

The taste is not like medicine, it's like a nice little treat that's perfectly sweetened. The flavors are so delicious and dissolve smoothly in the mouth. It’s a small capsule so easy to take.

Felt more comfortable while on menstrual and would definitely recommend! Best to take for 2 men's raul cycles in a row for better results. I use this for my 10 year old daughter who is hitting pre-puberty stage.

Day 1 of my period must have been a fluke. My face looks horrible, my periods are worse. Had the opposite effects as advertised on me. Cystic acne and headaches.
