I assembled mine in less than 30 minutes using hand tools.
Price
You sure won't be buying any nice conventional tv stands for this price.

Assembly was easy although it was missing one of the small screws

The only other assemblyrelated issue was that the holes the little screws go into that holds the lbrackets had plastic in them that werent well placed so i had to use a drill to put the screws in instead of the hand tool because the holes were collapsed or whatnot instead of open as should be

The cams were also super loose tighten it barely touch it and it loosens the holes were a bit too deep it seems so once you get it in place over time it might loosen and need to be tightened which you dont like to see in a piece holding expensive equipment so maybe dont put the stickers over the cams so you can visually see when they need tightened

It took under ten minutes total for him to install the tv stand and the shelf and put the tv up on the stand

I had a very old small chest where my tv sat and it had seen better days
