Pros & Cons
Pros
This mat is heavy duty and performs well under my weight. This one is pricier than many of the smaller ones, and i finally just pulled the trigger in total frustration. Please do not go back to those cheapo staples chair mats.
Not a single indentation and certainly no cracks. Smooth glide and is big enough for me to move all over and around my l-shaped desk. No scratches or scuff marks appear on the mat.
The mat is over a plush carpet and upgraded pad. Because it's polycarbonate and not vinyl, it is thinner and does not gas off with a horrible pvc stink.
Cons
Very high trip hazard and stub toes as well.
When you click the 'warranty' link on amazon, all you get is a blank page. It seems from other reviews that they used to ship this in a flat box. I am sure it is cheaper sending it rolled, but i would not deal with this company again because of it.
Unfortunately, i got scammed. Oh well, first try with polycarbonate.
Highlights
Quality
Super durable, i weigh 220 lbs, no big dents at the wheels, chair rolls freely.

Price
The price is a bit high but i can't say i've spent too much.

Shipping
Shipped out replacement monday, got by noon tuesday.
Original shipment was list by shipper, service responded on a sunday evening.
Mine was shipped rolled up and there is a warning taped to roll.
Packaging/appearance
Yes, it cam rolled, but also with cautions about its spring back and to be careful when "unleashing" it.
Like the video, it should be packaged rolled up.
The only reason i didn't give five stars is because it was packaged flat--which is a bad idea.
Competitiveness
I previously purchased cheaper (and softer) mats available in costco.
