Without their warranty this is a good value for a chairmat. It has plastic wrap keeping it rolled. Especially on a deep pile carpet like mine.

I move it often to clean the area over the last few months and it us sturdy, has not been cracked or damaged.
Great heavy duty mat, cut squarely and easy to roll out and position without curling or rolling back out.
Seven months later with light household use (not commercial office), it is coming apart and cracking wherever the wheel roll on it.
16 months after purchase, and after using this item on normal carpet, it has cracked.
Price
Offered a thicker mat for a higher cost.
It is very expensive but worth it if it is as durable as they promise.

As usual, amazon delivery was on-time and there was no damage.
Shipping was extremely fast and very easy to unpack and put in place.
They were delivered as a rolled up item under pressure.
Fast shipping and good packaging that was easy to unroll and laid flat in a few days.
Packaging/appearance
Came packaged in a way that didn't put a crease in the mat.
It arrived "rolled", and it immediately sprang into a flat surface when the packing straps were removed.
It comes rolled up and in a large cardboard box.
It came in perfect condition, rolled up and once opened immediately flattened out.
