Pros

It * mosquito, gnat and moths. It's like a bug apocalypse in my backyard. I live roughly a mile from a dairy farm, have 4 horses and countless other animals so one can only imagine the flys.

Plugs up, not because its faulty, because it * so * many insects, it fills in 10 minutes. It is soooo fun to watch it vaporize the larger bugs. I remember watching bugs catch on fire and die a fiery death.

Cons

There is no way to tell if a starter is burnt out. A burnt out starter will cause a new bulb to become compromised. The bulbs are almost impossible to replace, and the unit is constructed so they don't want the consumer doing any repairs or bulb chang... Read More

This machine is loud, bright and catches flies but not much else. Hard to hang and install for me being an older person. Not cost effective.

Complaint filed with the bbb against amazon. Com is an e-retailer, not a retailer.

This is a large bug zapper, made for several acres and/or a large commercial indoor application.

If you don't need a unit this large, check out their smaller units and remember to, when possible, please buy products made in america!
