The fluidhead is defective and does not offer smooth pan. It screws off when trying to rotate the head.

The tripod is well built and can easily hold my camera and 200-600 metal lens that's built like a tank with no problems.
High quality, super tall, very smooth pan/tilt etc
It has a very slow and controlled tension for when i'm panning the audience.
From the 360 ball to where it can face any direction and be tilted any way.
Price
This tripod is amazing for this price!
Definitely the best bang for the buck.
For the price, it's rare to find something this good.
And this one is at the top of my list, in terms of vaule for the $$$, and the features.
Shipping
I returned the product and i think before it arrived at their facility, a replacement was sent to me.
Packaging/appearance
The item came in a nice carrying case, wrapped in plastic, secure in a nice box.
Competitiveness
So much better than less expensive tripods i have had.
Overall, it is way cheaper than competitors while having all the features i'm looking for.
It is much higher quality than the cheap tri-pods, but not quite as expensive as some of the fluid head big name brand tripods.

As stated by many its well built and does the job but lacks helpful resources like a good manual and accessories the advertised tripod wheels and mono pod stand are no where to be found

I had to forcefully tighten the center extension to prevent it from slowly lowering my dslr with battery grip and 70200 f2
