Pros
The bio foam fits my canister perfect and really keeps the wter quality where it needs to be. Needs a polishing pad after.
Cons
The polishing pad on the top is the most riddled with junk, which i assume can only mean that the foam is not collecting enough on the sides. The two foam pads are wet and have particles of debris.

After letting my smelly amazon foam pieces lay out to dry in the open air for a couple days, they were much better.
I needed two fresh foam blocks for an fx6 after giving a friend a couple of old, dirty ones to cycle a new tank.
Price
These are a great price compared to local brick and mortar stores.
