Pros

Would recommend walking around the house with them on to loosen them up before riding. They are sturdy but flex with time and you can feel the pedals so you don't slam on the rear break. They run a little small though, order 1 size larger.

Cons

The right boot already has a hole where my boot runs on the bike. These are impossible to walk in, and make a really embarrassing loud squeak when you walk. They charge you for return shipping although it reads free returns.
