The adjustable ab machine is very nice. I am almost 2 yrs postpartum and i can admit i let myself go a little bit over the past 2 y years. Definitely works on your abs and gluteus.
Machine is sturdy and well-built with quality components. Easy to assemble. It is every sturdy and it didn't move scoot or move while i was using it.
