Pros
The quality is great for the price. I hope this helps someone like me who was on the fence for a while. Very satisfied. Not a deal breaker. No complaint here for this price range.
The bench is almost full assembled. I live in manhattan and needed something that could disappear in my studio apartment. It does all that.
The adjustable features are awesome, easy to fold/unfold. It’s light and foldable as well. It folds up so i can move it up against a wall and make room for floor mat to do mat exercises.
The mechanism for adjusting the different positions is very smooth, and light. The bench back and seat move up/down smoothly and the bolts lock firmly into place. Had to drill a whole for a gentler raise from level.
It is sturdy, i weight over 200 lbs, no wobble. Feels sturdy. This is a quite sturdy and overall great quality bench, but has a few imperfections that make it difficult for me to fully endorse.
Cons
The deep seat digs into your spine, instead of allowing you to bend at your waist, keeping you from properly leaning back. The foot pad gap is too large and * you into it.

Packaging/appearance
The way the parts were packed in the box lead to permanent deformations (dents) in the seat and back -- superficial not structural.
The package was smashed, torn, and crushed but retained all of the pieces.
Competitiveness
I had tried another cheapo brand before that flexed horribly and wobbled during use.
Maybe not as sturdy as more expensive brands, but gets the job done.
