Pros
Themis dumbbell system is not over priced like so many adjustable dumbells out there today. The dial a weight feature is perfect and is a space saver in a room without having several different weights.
Good quality, ease of use and occupies less space at home. Price is right and shipping was quick. I hope it is durable and lasts as long as the rest of the dumbbell, which is very well made.
Not bulky at all. If you hold them so that the opening of the plates is upright it feels great. They're easy to use and are perfect for working out at home. Just a fyi - the weight plates are all metal.
Cons
I regret this purchase terrible product support buyer beware! I hope to return them if the seller will contact me as i had them for more than 30 days. Ps - their customer service is equally terrible.
As much as this concept is good for space savings, they are faulty and unsafe. Avoid these. Beware though. They are simply unsafe.

I am very pleased with the quality of my flybirds and would recommend them.

Now i got tuned according to it while changing weights, but i doubt the longevity of the product.

So, i've now purchased another set of the dumbells and a weight bench from them.
Competitiveness
We have the comparable product for bowflex and i prefer these.
The only reason i didn’t rate them 5 stars is because it might take a moment to change the weight during a hiit class.
These dumbells lived up to my expectations!
