The compact size allows me to store them easily. Have just two dumbbells instead of a set of 10 is a huge space saver. Amazing space saving addition to our exercise area.
This adjustable dumbbell set is an excellent investment for any home gym enthusiast. Changing weights is, quite literally, a twist of the wrist. They are easy to adjust to whatever setting you want.
The switch is so smooth and quick it’s quite ingenious actually. The mechanism works very smoothly and allows you to switch weights very quickly. The weight dial on the handle moves easily and picks up the weight you choose accurately and safely.
They work amazingly. After weighing them on a scale, they are accurate. They are easy to use and adjust.

I'm lucky i wasn't doing dumbbell bench press or it might have been my face.

You just need to twist the handle to the amount you want to lift which ranges from 5 pounds to 25
