The grip is secure and about the right size. This is a fantastic set of dumbbells and they work just as advertised.

This design is a space saver for sure. They're just regular size dumbbells… they slide right under my bed no problem.

This adjustable dumbbell set is an excellent investment for any home gym enthusiast. One major compliant i have, is the length of the dumbbell is slightly longer than standard dumbbells. They are easy to adjust to whatever setting you want.
