Pros & Cons
Pros
The bench is a perfect size for my 5’2” height, and does not require a lot of space. I like having a place to hold down my ankles as i lift myself with the dumbells on my hips. The flybird workout bench is very versatile and very sturdy.
Cons
The design flaws are outrageous. No incline capability.
The geometry of the bench feels weird, and the placement if your * feels off. The pad feels a bit too thin, and there is a bit of wobble. Seat tries to fold in on itself when lifting.
Even with the headrest extended out fully, it still is a little dodgy. I need to jam my groin into the bracket that holds the vertical piece.
It is supposed to be good for a person as tall as 5’-9”. I'm 5'9 (not tall) yet the bench is much too short. It is not long enough and extremely uncomfortable for 6'3. I can't use it in an incline position because my legs were too long for the seat.

I do wish the was a way to do an inclined chest press but luckily i can do that with my old bench

The only gripe i have is that it is advertised as being adjustable for someone up to 6234

However with the head rest adjusted at that setting a tall persons shoulders will be resting in the gap created with no support at all

This would have been a simple fix if they had added optional screws holes on the bench pad to allow a user to move the entire bench away from the front support beam on a more permanent basis
