Pros & Cons
Pros
I honestly can say it's the best. I intend to test the bench to a greater degree in the future, but for now, i have found this to be more than satisfactory.
Long enough to fit a tall man comfortably. Foam is comfy to work out on for long periods of time.

Easy to assemble. Just needed to cut the ziptag holding it together and fix the footrest. I am well impressed with how easy it is to change the height and angle of the bench.
Cons
Cheap construction, lots of play on hinges that can’t be tightened. Offers zero grip and wobble when the bench is in use.

Price
I started looking for other options which didn't cost too much and decided to take a chance on the flybird bench.
Packaging/appearance
It was ready to use straight out of the box.
Competitiveness
I use professional bench alot, and this one seem to perform just as well at a fraction of the cost.
At 175cm (5'9) i find it uncomfortably tall for a flat bech press with my feet planted on the ground.

Its fine for laying flat but any incline or decline and its verging on being too short without full neck support

Also its more an 80 degree upright position than 90degree so not quite a shoulder press position in my opinion
