Pros

The flybird bench is the perfect size for a 5'5 woman. It works great for my dumb bell and kettle bell sit ups. Adaptable to back positioning.

Took a few minutes to adjust and get it in the hole smoothly. Especially important for folks with not-such-good eyesight. I recommend to all and especially to the truckers or who travels a lot.

Cons

I'm 6'2 and the backrest is way too short (by about 8 inches) for me. My head hangs over the end. This bench is for shorter people.

Scratches all over the bench. Bench also squeaks and will not support heavier weight. My biggest downfall is an uneven bench.

Took it apart to find 1/4 inch flimsy wood. Cheap and lightweight because they use cheap and lightweight materials for it. Item is not sturdy enough and wobbles.

The bottom support is narrower than the bench seat. It is super awkward sitting and especially laying on this bench. The only reason the seat is adjustable is so it can be folded and mobile.
