Pros

The best thing about these dumbbells is that they are easily configurable in a moment. These are easy to setup and use. The 1/2 increments are very well designed.

These are adjustable dumbbells which work very well. Good weight range for a variety of lightweight exercises. Currently doing pt for shoulder, so it’s a big jump for my weak bum to go from 3 to 5lb.

This product provides a variety, takes up minimal space in the weight room and is priced well. This is definitely a space saver since i can store all the weights on the dumbbells. This set is perfect and a literal snap to use.

Adding or removing weights is really easy. Adding weight to one side at a time makes the set more versatile. They are lightweight and you can take away and add more weight by simply sliding the each weight off.
