Pros
It is sturdy and comfortable and fits my workout needs without taking up much space. I am about 6'4 and found it to be wide enough to lift comfortably on my back.
Customer service is top notch. Great packaging and easy to set up. Great value for the price.
The bench is sturdy and easy to use and it has a small footprint, so it's easy to tuck it away and store it when not in use. The bench can be easily unfolded and setup for immediate use and can be folded for easy storage.
The workout bench comes fully assembled and is ready to use upon receipt. All you need is the included hex wrench and about 10 minutes before use. The instructions are good and everything you need are included.
This is perfect for me because i have hardwood floors that have already warped so my floor is naturally uneven. There are screw in knobs to keep it from collapsing when in use, and pins to keep the legs collapsed when you're done. Just fyi the cups on... Read More
Cons
The fabric on this bench is so thin, its hard to imagine it lasting. It is compact and well made, but not well designed. Now i have to figure out how to disassemble it and box it up properly.
Obviously this company chooses to not stand behind their product. But frankly this bench is advertised incorrectly. Go to titan, rep, rogue or some other more reliable company not on amazon.

It sturdy and stable, and it is helping me do the exercises i wanted to do at home.
Great product, small enough footprint, capable for beginner to intermediate.
Wish feet were a little wider for stability, otherwise, no complaints.
Perfectly useable but i would be cautious about using heavy weights as i fear stability problems on the edge of your strength.
Price
It is much better than expected for the price.
This bench is good money for the value.
Shipping
I didn't have to return the original or pay for any replacement shipping and i had the new part in a couple of days.
Update: customer service was amazing and sent a new pad free of charge.
I provided pictures of the damage and they shipped me a replacement part.

The instructions are like a lot of the ones that come with products produced in china

The pictures are not real clear as to where a couple of bolts go and the pins needs a storage place

When the bench is folded and the support screws are repositioned you end up putting the pins on them for storage
