Pros

The slight hinge on the pads really helps it set tight. This is a great piece of fitness gear that we will continue to use indefinitely. I loop some bands and yoga straps to it and it works amazing for those.

Cons

You have to twist each side a lot to extend or retract the bar to the needed length. The rubber footings are brittle, and tend to slip.
