Pros

I weigh about 150 lbs and it has no trouble with my weight. This is really suitable for all and i don’t have to go to ymca.

The manuel is very easy to attach. Installation is quite intuitive.

It has inner metal rode which will screw on (more tight) at each sides metal side portions. If you over tighten, it tears the jamb up. It has arrows and tighten/lose.

Cons

The grip area is only barely my shoulder width for this bar. The end pieces are plastic. Plastic has a low friction coefficient. Don't but this heavy hunk of junk.

I had to play around with the screws for an hour but i don't think this applies for a brand new version.

So id recommend not going into the 200lbs range for this thing seems like it would rip your wall off or just slip.
