Overall, while this isn’t your stepper machine that is designed to perform with lots of modern features and functionalities, but this is still way better than its counterpart, which is just a stepper with a wristband, as this machine will keep you safe, stable, and secure throughout your workout with the handlebar to hold on to, in case of any unexpected loss of balance, compared to the stepper with just the wristband.  Read Less
