It only requires two provided a hex head wrench and a wrench to hold a nut still. Like everything nowadays, everything you need comes with the bench. Very easy to assemble, only two bolts.

Front two points have a leveler so you can achieve a completely level (no wobble) bench. The padding is thick and the construction is very sturdy.
