Pros

One of the standout features of this bench is its durability. It has quality parts, instructions, and padding. It checks most the boxes for me.

I like that it is adjustable without having to pull pins or undo bolts. Some minor drawbacks worth mentioning are that the bench is a bit shorter than i expected. Drawback is display photo shows resistance bands on foot of bench.

This is an excellent bench worth more than they are charging. It's the little things like the wrench that makes me tell everyone about it.

Cons

The idea that this thing can hold over 500 lb is a dangerous lie. It’s smells horrible!

I am 6' and the bench offers no head support when in raised positions.

This is way better than i expected considering the price.

I wanted a bench but didn't want pay $100 and i couldn't find anything but this guy.

But for the money it's a great bench.

Overall, a cheap decent workout bench for the money.
