Pros

Easy to assemble. All he needed to do is opn the hardware and set it up which consisted of unfolding it and inserting a few pins. Easy to move around quick to adjust.

For what i wanted out of a foldable bench this price range it's perfect. It's easy for him to stow away by folding it back up. It is also sturdier than other fold up benches i have used.

The replacement bench is pretty solid! I expect it will outlast me. The quilty and material seems solid and it’s aesthetically appeasing.

Great padded bench. The padding is good and supportive. No funny smell. The cushions are way better than i expected.

Cons

It is supposed to be good for a person as tall as 5’-9”. Cons - when laying flat, there is a 2 inch gap in the lumbar when lying flat. No matter if i move up or down, there's a large gap in my lower back that is super uncomfortable.

I specifically bought this bench to do the liift more program on beachbody.

I'm a personal trainer so i have a lot of experience with equipment.
