This is a heavy and bulky item. The box it came in probably was dropped causing the damage to the area where the compressor is and the electrical connection and display.

Overall, very happy with the purchase even though it was pricey.
I cut the countertop so it was hinged to correspond with the fridge and all is wonderful now.
Low energy use with the top loader since it doesn't dump all the cold air out every time it is opened.

The unit is pretty compact on the outside for the capacity it provides though it does lose about 15th its interior space to the mechanics

A second basket is available for like 25 and its a necessary purchase because otherwise half the capacity of the freezer cant be used without creating a tower of food that will collapse when you take the basket out
