It leaves a film residue perhaps due to hard water it cant cut though the grease. If your skin in oily go in another direction. I use a toner on a cotton pad after cleaning with this and it still has makeup residue.
It contains paraben as an ingredient which is harmful for humans if used for longer periods of time. It really does cause breakouts like the other reviewers have claimed, i have no idea why. Has not helped my acne what so ever or helped control oil.

I have oily skin in the summer dry in the winter and right now this clean my face really well but it doesn’t hydrate you’ll need to follow up with your favourite moisturizer

This is a gentle cleanser for oily skin and does it job for most part but it contains parabens which might be concerning for few people
