Pros & Cons

Pros

The small heater heats my unheated basement under the two car carport. Attached it to a 20lb propane tank and to a patio table heater.

If i needed a new one, i would without hesitation buy this one. Nice to have an in-line gage. The 1lb bottles are in the range of 6 to 7 dollars. A quick buck.

Works perfect and the outside of the hose is woven stainless steel. It's durable and does the job.

Cons

This hose does not seal on the propane tank, it leaks. Mine was leaked severely at the first usage. Needle on meter points to green but nothing. Started leaking after 18 months.

It's kind if a gimmick anyway. I’m thinking it’s just a badly manufactured product. Do not buy.

Quality

Great product seems to be well made hooked right up no leaks works great used for my mr buddy heater to a 5 gallon propane tank.

Good quality, fit perfect , great length on the hose

The rubber hose at some point may come in contact with the hot grill face, and become an explosion hazard.

Got tired of messing with the little green bottles that didn't produce good heat for my skillet.

Price

The 1 lb bottles are in the range of 6 to 7 dollars.

For the money it's not a bad buy.

I chose this one because it has a gauge and was only $2 more the gauge works well.

Shipping

Fast and efficient shipping and on time.

Fast shipping and also package was perfect.

It came on time, fit like a glove and used the night we got it!

Packaging/appearance

Bottles on my portable propane grill, the gage is a plus, i got poked with a loose braid when un packing it.

Competitiveness

These are available without a gauge on amazon, but adding a gauge to it to get it to sell better is just preying on people's we...  Read More

The gauge on it doesnt seem terribly accurate as my heater ran for several hours after the gauge reported it was out but im not too worried about that as i always have two tanks to swap in

As mentioned by others the dial indicator doesnt really tell you whats left in the tank just the pressure level which drops very quickly from full to empty right as the tank dies but thats alright you can just tell by picking it up

The reason i bought this connector is because of the gas gauge
