Pros

These blinds are easy to install. They are communicative. The company takes your measurements seriously and will make blinds to order based on what you send.

The roller mechanism is smooth and can be shortened if desired. The only thing i see with it is that it buckles a tiny bit when i close it.

I'm very happy with the look and brightness they provide with privacy at the same time. They really bring the kitchen together and make the ambient light become underwater like. I love that it makes my home light and bright.

The size is exactly what i asked for the window. The header color, the size, the drawstring placement. The ivory header sits perfectly flush within the depth of the frame.

Cons

The costumer service is horrible they are open only three days a week. Missing the bracket to snap it to the l shaped damp,. The item is poorly made.

Top mounting inside the window frame requires some very specific info (which there was none) the product itself is ok & would have looked nice if it was the right size. The sizes are limited. They ask for width and height but only width is cut.
