Pros

The quality is good and the color is very light grey, i love it! Great customer service as well. The customer support team at chicology is friendly and responsive. And very good communication with seller.

Nicely made and very sturdy with 3 brackets to support. Easy enough to install. Installation is simple, and it looks luxurious and modern.

Cons

These blinds are cheaply made. The pull is cheap plastic beads.
