Because of the challenges with the installation hardware the shade had to be mounted higher than planned and i wish i had ordered it a couple of inches longer to allow for the header rather than ordering the window opening size as instructed by the manufacturer but i am the only one who would ever notice because it matches the window frame

One of the blinds i decided that i need to shorten the cord because i have a one year old granddaughter well when i went to put the little plastic piece that come with it to piece it back together every time i try to pull the blinds through it will get hung up in the top and break loose on the 4th time it broke it completely came off

I contacted the seller and they told me in an email to gently pull well i always gently pulled them theres no need to roughly pull and it still came apart

I emailed them back and explain this to them and its been 3 days and i have yet to hear a response for them i spent 55 a piece on this blinds and that may not seem like a lot of money to some but i work hard for my money and i dont appreciate saying you can cut the cord and paste it back together with this plastic piece only for it to keep breaking a loose
