    I ordered these blinds and the first shipment took over a week and when i recieved the item it was the wrong size

    Because of the challenges with the installation hardware the shade had to be mounted higher than planned and i wish i had ordered it a couple of inches longer to allow for the header rather than ordering the window opening size as instructed by the manufacturer but i am the only one who would ever notice because it matches the window frame

    Either they are not tight enough or i didn’t attach well enough came apart with first use
