That would be my only real complaint for an otherwise great product.
I used the ivory zebra shade to replace the dark woven wood roman shade that came with the house.
Price
Fit was perfect, price was right, design is beautiful and pure genius!
Shipping
Thanks for the nice craftsmanship, good pricing and quick shipping.
With that said, there were major problems with shipping.
Customer service is very kind and shipping is fast.
Packaging/appearance
The replacement shade came damaged as well, so i question either the packaging or the shipping company once again.
Competitiveness
I love that i can have sun and also closeout the world.
It is a well-made product, although the pull chain looks a bit cheap.

My only little problem is they don’t block to much light when sun hits the window doesn’t protect to much don’t know how well it will work in summer yet still will have to put reflective foil or drapes over

Dhl completely beat up the first shades i ordered and i had to return one that was bent in several places

I was just going by the picture so when i received them i thought they sent me the wrong blinds
