The adhesive strip seems to stick quite well (not sure how it will go removing the blind, but they may just keep it up and not take it down). They come with 4 combs to keep them at the specific height you want.

I ordered this for my parents who just moved into a senior retirement community and have a bedroom window that has plantation shutters on the bottom nothing on the top half of the window

Even though the length said 94 i think that was it you would definitely have to use the velcro strips they provide to hold it down if you needed that length
