Bought these while waiting 3 months for new shades and drapes to be made. The small "combs" are perfect for adjusting height of shades when not pulled down all the way. They come with 4 combs to keep them at the specific height you want.

I ordered this for my parents who just moved into a senior retirement community and have a bedroom window that has plantation shutters on the bottom nothing on the top half of the window

Even though the length said 9434 i think that was it you would definitely have to use the velcro strips they provide to hold it down if you needed that length
