Pros
The bag is detachable to wash, very good! It holds a nice lot of stuff. It handles wonderfully and is lightweight. Strong yet light weight, compact for storage - even carries the garbage out.
Easy to maneuver. Installation is very simple. And lastly the wheels make it easy to maneuver the cart.
Cons
This cart is very shoddy, flimsy, and badly designed.

This item is strong yet light weight, compact for storage - even carries the garbage out.
This cart literally rolls up and the weight remains on the cart and no effort what ever to carry up my usual load.

Thought would get a discount for getting 2 at the same time.

It was easy to order, quick delivery and easy to put together.
Otherwise good fast service and no issues simply refusing item to return it
Before this indispensable little cart arrived, bringing in groceries up my porch steps took many trips back and forth from the car.
Packaging/appearance
I loaded a smaller grocery bag in the pack and walked up 3 flights of stairs.
It came smaller that the pictures showed.

One suggestion for product improvement is to make a strong reinforced hole at each front side of the platform for the fastener to hold onto the item more securely
