It’s sooo soft on the inside! Haven’t tried it in the freezer yet. If it's your sinus it covers it all at once.

The two elastic bands with a little bit of velcro holds it in place in the back even enables you to get up and walk around.

I've tried other masks in the past and they come out of the freezer hard as a rock a do not conform to your face.

I put this in the freezer to chill it and it doesn't take long to get to a temperature that feels therapeutic.

She used it the same day it arrived ( currently has another sinus infection) heated it according to instructions and she loved it!
