Pros
Hot/cold wrap is exactly what i needed. It warms up quickly in the microwave. I store this is the freezer and put it on after my exercises.
This is pretty cool, but very heavy on the wrist, which creates a different level of discomfort. It is a little heavier than i thought it would be and it feels kind of like a soft cast on my wrist.

I read other reviews saying it was so frozen and hard they had to thaw it out

Thats because it was put in the freezer too long

If you follow the directions and only put in the freezer for an hour to an hour and a half it works as it should

It was been so painful because i have a plate and screws in my wrist and the cold weather makes it hurt even worse
