Pros
As a photographers it is important to be mobile. Instead of carrying large softboxes around on outdoors shoots or for that matter indoors in the studio - this product is just ingenious. It is well made and does everything i want.
Cons
It's almost impossible to fit the disc onto my canon 580exii. The elastic will soon be over-stretched if i use it regularly on this flash.

Forget paying £100 for the f-stopper original, build quality is the same on this for £12.
Having seen this style if flash modifier used in several on line tutorials i bought this as an inexpensive version to try out.

Plus i dont know if they have improved the product but as opposed to others who have mentioned its hard to fit on larger speedlights i have had no such trouble with my canon 600ex

Other people have mentioned that its quite difficult to get onto the speedlite and id have to agree although once youve got it on it doesnt tend to pop off like some other devices
