As long as you can find somewhere suitable to attach it to yourself it stops the camera drooping under the weight of the lens and also stops it swinging around

It feels well made though i did loop the camera strap around a carabiner clip for additional security until i gained confidence in it

One of the edges is a bit sharp but nothing that would harm or interfere on its functionality

The amount of slack inn the bracket is adjustable and this is perhaps the only real niggle the adjustment doesnt stay put

Even without the adjustment theres no risk your camera will fall out it just wont be held as snuggly
