The book has great illustrations and explains how to get the most out of your food processor. Like their tv program, i find it very informative. I have a new food processor and having this book gives me a chance to use it more often.
This is a terrific book. Atk always delivers.
Cons
Looks like they are taking existing recipes and repackaging them with new themes. This one is just recipes that use doughs that can be made in the food processor or requires ingredients to be shredded or sliced. Not very good.
