Pros

Food saver is great for freezing meat and poultry, or just anything. It also fits nicely on my countertop where it is handy to use when repackaging.

Cons

This one came ripped, then retaped. Where is cutter? Very disappointed in food saver.

Foodsaver products are pure junk. The hand attachment only works about 1 out of 15 times. It is useless.

Foodsaver offers a 5-year warranty however pretty much using the device at all voids the warranty under normal wear and tear provisions in the warranty. Save yourself time, money, and frustration, and spend a little extra to buy a different brand.

This is my third food saver machine, none of which lasted over a year before the suction started getting weaker and weaker. At this point have the almost whole thing taken apart and soaking it. Worthless without the sealing bar.
