Pros

I don't know how i've survived this long without one of these, it is awesome. Cuts quickly and relatively quietly. Great bargain and very efficient.

Foodsaver vacuum sealer can be used to vacuum seal macaroni. Zipper vacuum seal bags in quart and gallon size are reusable.

Trim the chicken prior to freezing and vacuum sealing which makes it so much easier (and saves time) when i go to actually cook the meat. Did an amazing job of sealing the fish tight. It keeps your meat from getting freezer burns.

Cons

Some of the bags hold the seal and some don't. Might as well use a ziplock bag. This vacuum sealer is absolute garbage.

I bought this unit to replace a 7 yr old food saver and out of the box, it is much worse. Very poor quality. Still a piece of junk.
