Pros
This is the best price we found after comparing prices & make and model at several other stores. The controls are simple as are the instructions. If you want one that has all the options, this is the one.
From unbox to sealing my first pouch was about 6 minutes, unclosing time to do a once over of the directions. The auto cutting and sealing bags from a roll is a great touch. If you have lots of products to vacuum pack this is the one for you.
Cons
Quite disappointing for such an expensive unit. Very disappointed with foodsaver and amazon's help thus far. This appears to be a very common occurrence for this model.
Some times it works and other times not. It is intermittent, doesn't work on moist setting. Also were frosted up.

Although a bit costly, i think i got what i paid for!
It was on sale from another vendor at a fantastic price so i scooped it up.
