Had a very old foodsaver that was difficult to seal and keep all the air out

Also works on leftovers just hit the seal button earlier like i said follow the directions

All you have to do is put the bag in to seal the bottom and place the food in and place it back in the slot to vacuum and seal

I also found my homemade pic de gallo last over a week longer using the foodsaver hard containers ordered separately from foodsaver

The drawbacks are it is pretty loud when working and cleaning the accessory wand is both critical and kinda confusing to do
